"On 9/5 a relatively large and violent protest- and response- occurred near Ventura Park. During dispersal attempts by Portland Police, at one point a PPB munition was fired and landed underneath a white Prius parked on 117th just east of Ventura Park. The Prius smoldered.

This is captured by Portland Mercury's Mathieu Lewis-Rolland and specifically notes the source of the munition as PPB. The photo shows Oregon plate 305-LRQ:

A separate request has been filed for the IC report and other reports. This is a very narrow request: any report related to munitions and vehicle damage on this night.

There is an immense public interest in police accountability, crowd control, and use of force, this request is extremely urgent. Please expedite it in every way possible.
